SCALE OF PAY:
Officer MMG Scale-III: At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.
Rs.41400/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.

Rs.31200/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): At present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs.
11600/- per month inclusive of DA & HRA at the current rate.
NOTE: Other allowances & perquisites will be admissible as per the rules of the Bank
. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
(A) Nationality / Citizenship:
For Officer MMG Scale III, MMG Scale II & JMG Scale- I (Post Code No. 01, 02 and 03).
• Candidate must be Indian citizen.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (As on 01.10.2011):
i) POST CODE-01 OFFICER SENIOR MANAGEMENT SCALE-III :–
INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER : No. of post 1 (one)
Degree from recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent with a
minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/ Diploma in Banking,
Finance, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and
Accountancy.
