Consultant – MD/MS or Equivalent
Experience – Minimum 07 years after post graduation
Dental Surgeon – MDS
Experience – Minimum 07 years after MDS
- Super Specialities (Endocrinology, Neurology, Vascular Surgeon & Neuro Surgeon, Pediatric Surgery)
Consultant –DM/MCh. or Equivalent
Experience – Minimum 03 years after DM/M.Ch.
- Preference will be given to consultants whose residence is within a distance of 15 Km from the Institute.
- Consultants preferably should be less than 60 years of age. Management ILBS may consider relaxation in age limit in exceptional cases.
- Distribution of income – The percentage of ILBS Administration charge will be 10% of the total remuneration payable, if it exceeds Rs. 10,000 in a month.
- The Consultant will make themselves available in the Institute as per the requirement of the Institute. On urgent call, they will make themselves available within one hour of such call being made to him.
- Referral to other specialty or consultant – Referral by honorary consultant will be made only to the serving faculty of ILBS or a consultant empanelled with ILBS. Under no circumstances a referral will be made to any consultant not empanelled in ILBS.
- Below the poverty line (BPL) patients shall not be charged any consultation fee as per the Govt. guidelines.
- Period of appointment – The appointment initially will be for a period of two years subject to further renewal by mutual consent. This appointment can be terminated by giving one month notice period from either side.
- DMC registration is mandatory.
