Bhilai Steel Plant is India's sole producer of rails and heavy steel plates and major producer of structural.BSP, is in the process of modernising and expanding its product units, raw material resources and other facilities to maintain its dominant position in the steel market.
BSP invites application from young, energetic and positive minded individuals for the post of Attendant cum Technician (Trainee) and Operator cum Technician (Trainee). Details of the posts are as below: -
Age:
Minimum 18 yrs. & Maximum 28 yrs. as on 01/01/2013
For the post of ACT (Trainee), relaxation in age up to 40 years as on 01/01/2013 shall be admissible to ex-Trade Apprentices of Bhilai Steel Plant who have passed AITT (up to batch 75) up to the year 2001.
Essential Qualification:
For the Post of ACT (Trainee)
ITI holders -Matriculation with ITI from recognized institution in any of the following trades: Fitter, Mason, Welder, Electrician, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Computer Operator Programming Assistant, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, Draftsman.
For HVD Trade- Matriculation with Heavy Vehicle Driver (HVD) License having one year experience in Operation of Tipper.
For the Post of OCT (Trainee)
Diploma holders- Matriculation with Diploma in Engineering from recognized institution in any of the following trades: - Metallurgy, Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical/Mechtronics, Refractory/Ceramic, Electronic, Chemical and Instrumentation Candidates having the prescribed qualification as given above can apply against the respective posts and Trade / Discipline.
Training Period:
The selected candidates will be placed on training for the initial period of two years.
