Educational
Qualifications:
Any Graduation from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation & professional qualification/ CAIIB to be given additional weightage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail credit processing in banks/ HFCs/FIs with in depth knowledge of housing finance, KYC compliance, capacity to assess credit worthiness of salaried/ non salaried customers based on income profile, knowledge of all kinds of home loan products and market practices and working knowledge of legal issues pertaining to mortgage lending. Competency in working on online sanctioning system under the in-house loan origination system and Core Banking Environment is a must.
Age Limit
Age not exceeding 28 years as on 01-5-2013 (relaxation can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience).
